Business Creative Designs – Cancellation & Refund Policy
Business Creative Designs trusts in aiding—rather helping out—its clients beyond what many would consider possible. We follow this liberal cancellation policy. The client(s) consent to follow the points noted below to place a legitimate cancellation request.
All cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors or suppliers and the shipping process has commenced.
Cancellations are not allowed for orders placed on the day or date of delivery.
No cancellations are entertained for those products or services that the Business Creative Designs marketing team has procured on special occasions like Christmas, Easter, New Year, and other limited-time events. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
However, a refund or replacement can be made if the client establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not acceptable. The matter should be reported within 5 days of delivery.
If you feel that the product or services received are not as shown on the website or not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of Business Creative Designs Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving the product or services. The Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
All amounts owed by the client to Business Creative Designs for services rendered or products sold before the confirmed cancellation date must be paid in full. There will be no proration for partial months throughout the agreement.
Due to account security and privacy concerns, all billing-related queries and cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email.
Cancellation requests may be processed only if made by the initial authorizing party and received in writing.
No refunds will be granted for any cancellation requests made after 7 days from the date of the order.
For security and quality assurance, all inbound and outbound calls through Business Creative Designs corporate offices are recorded, and these recordings form a part of the verbal agreement between Business Creative Designs and the client or customer.
Any cancellations done after the cooling-off period, under any circumstances, will result in full payment of the agreed cost and immediate termination of the contract unless otherwise mutually agreed between Business Creative Designs and the client.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
When clients purchase Business Creative Designs services or products, the purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If the client is, for any reason, not completely satisfied, Business Creative Designs may issue a full refund after internal review and mutual cooperation with the client.
To request a refund, contact the Business Creative Designs customer service team with your contact details within 90 days of availing services or purchasing products. Please include your order or receipt number (sent to you via email upon ordering), and optionally explain why you’re requesting a refund. Customer feedback is taken seriously and helps improve our offerings.
Refunds are not provided for services that are delivered in full, such as installation services or database hosting services.
Refunds, if approved, are processed within 21 business days.
Business Creative Designs reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement with any changes.
